UCP is supporting Amity United Methodist Church's Clothes Closet initiative called Wear for All. We are collecting gently used clothing for all ages. We donate types of clothing dependent on the season. For the Spring and Summer seasons you may donate any light weight clothing items such as shorts, t-shirts, tank tops, short sleeved shirts, light weight pants, dresses or warm weather shoes. For the Fall and Winter seasons you may donate warm clothing and shoes such as sweaters, sweatsuites, long sleeved shirts, pants, dresses, hats, scarves, gloves, boots, etc.
Please drop all bagged clothing items into the white basket in the UCP foyer.

Graceful Living Asissted Living Facility is a facility providing supportive services to individuals who can function independently in most areas of activity, but need assistance and/or monitoring to assure safety and well being. They currently have 61 residents, are a coed residence and medicaid funded. The Carlisle has identified a need for mens' belts and clothing for both men and women. All donations are appreciated. We are hoping this is the beginning of a positive association and will keep you in the loop as other areas of need are identified. Thank you!

UCP has the honor of participating in a holiday giving tree program that provides gifts this holiday season for Homestart kids. Our Angel Giving Tree is located in the foyer.
Angel Giving Tree Instructions:
Use the list on the clipboard as a guide (beside the Angel Giving Tree) to make your gift choice (choose as many as you like).
After choosing your gift from the paper list, place your name, phone# and email beside it (VERY IMPORTANT).
Find the Angel on the tree that matches your gift choice, write your name on the back and take a picture of it with your cell phone so you have it a reference for your shopping trip. Then, place the paper angel into the box beside the clipboard.
Each gift is required to be wrapped and delivered back to the UCP office no later than Sunday, 21st.
Office Hours are Tues, Wed, Fri; 1:00-6:00pm and Sunday 10:30am-1:30pm

ABOUT HOMESTART:
IFC Homestart is a 24-hour emergency shelter for women and families experiencing homelessness. In keeping with IFC’s belief that everyone deserves dignified and affordable housing, we provide a safe, temporary home until residents obtain permanent housing. We assist residents in connecting to appropriate community resources for finding housing as soon as possible, as well as other resources such as healthcare and income growth.
