 stines. Summer is peak Yang energy so we will practice flows that allow us
  to work with this dynamic energy in a balanced way. In Traditional Chines
 e Medicine\, the heart is considered the "emperor of all emotions” and g
 overns all organs. When our fire is balanced\, we experience emotional ope
 nness and stability as well as physical vitality with strong circulation a
 nd healthy digestion. Especially in 2026\, the Year of the Fire House (dou
 ble fire/yang)\, we will benefit from the warm glow of balanced fire. We h
