DESCRIPTION:According to the Chinese Medicine calendar\, there is a 5th sea
 son between Summer and Fall called Late Summer. Late Summer is related to 
 the element of Earth and is the time when the Earth yields its greatest ha
 rvest. Our bodies mirror this process through receiving and transforming n
 ourishment through the Late Summer organs\, the spleen and stomach. The La
 te Summer season is considered a time of dampness and transformation. When
  our Earth element is in balance we feel centered\, stable\, and grounded 
 both physically and emotionally. When out of balance\, we experience dampn
 ess as fatigue\, feeling stuck\, digestive upset\, along with worry\, anxi
 ety\, and rumination.\n\nJoin our qigong community to experience deep phys
 ical\, emotional\, and energetic grounding and stability. No experience ne
 cessary! All are welcome to attend\, no affiliation with Unity Center of P
 eace is necessary. This space is intentionally cultivated to be inclusive 
 and identity-affirming\, where everybody belongs. The class is explicitly
