DESCRIPTION:Our Ecstatic Dance at Unity Center of Peace provides a safe sp
 ace to move freely\, create art and express yourself within community. We 
 meet weekly on Wednesday evenings at 7:30 in the sanctuary. Our dance incl
 udes 90 minutes of music in a wave format\, starting slow\, building to a 
 peak and returning to stillness as part of the creative environment. We c
 ontinually strive to hold an inclusive space for all ages\, dance abilitie
 s\, and cultural backgrounds. We welcome you. However\, we do require you 
 to join our Ecstatic Dance Facebook Group before coming to dance so that w
 e know who you are.\nJOIN HERE\nWe encourage participants to honor your n
 eeds and commit to seeking continual consent in all interactions. Practice
  being present with the unfolding cycles that influence your interactions\
