 o the ground\, with a few standing positions\, and open to all levels of e
 xperience. Scott can give modifications and assist if needed and wanted. P
 lan to feel more physically open\, and emotionally and mentally calmer. So
 me yoga mats\, blankets\, and straps will be available\, but if you do hav
 e your own yoga props\, please bring them.\n \nScott has been a yoga inst
 ructor for more than 20 years. He took his first yoga class in Texas more 
 than 50 years ago. Although fascinated by the experience\, he detoured to 
 L.A. for a career in acting\, and explored the relationship between the mi
 nd\, body\, and the emotions. Seeking balance in his life\, after the craz
 iness of L.A.\, he returned to yoga more than 25 years ago and used his pr
 actice to heal\, ground\, deepen\, and expand what he learned as an actor.
  He is a student and teacher of Taoism and Tibetan Buddhism as well as Ind
 ian styles of yoga. His teaching reflects the eclectic mix of his backgrou
 nd\, using what works to help each student to uncover and move closer to t
